When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, care interest, message, and any optional details you choose to add. Please do not send urgent information or medical details through this website.
The information is used to respond to your inquiry and, if appropriate, to talk about arranging care. Sending a form does not reserve care or create a booking.
Sharing an experience
Reviews are shared with your permission.
The review form asks for your chosen display name, private email, words, and permission to display your name and words after approval. Submissions are stored in the private admin system and read before publication. Your email is not displayed in public reviews or returned by the public review feed; it may be used to contact you about your submission.
Please leave out medical details and identifying information about your children. To ask for a review to be corrected or removed, use the contact form and identify the review and email you submitted. The form also uses anti-abuse metadata and keyed hashes to limit repeat or automated submissions.

Where inquiry information is stored
Submitted inquiries are stored in the site’s private admin system. Access is limited to authenticated administrators. The website hosting and database providers process this information to operate the site and inquiry system.
Anti-abuse and alerts
The site may retain anti-abuse metadata and keyed hashes used to protect the inquiry form. Owner alerts are designed to indicate that an inquiry arrived without including message text or personal fields.
Admin sessions and outside resources
Admin-only login uses cookies needed for authenticated sessions. Public pages load external Google Fonts and website assets. No advertising trackers are implemented on this site.

For a request to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, use the contact form and identify the inquiry information you want reviewed. Requests are handled subject to applicable obligations.
You can also ask how long your inquiry information is kept. Please include the email address used for your inquiry so it can be located.
